It is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection rules in Norway and the EEA, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented in Norway through the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and related regulations, and the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) where it applies to the sale of goods.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementing law (in Norway, the angrerettloven).
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
This exclusion follows from Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive and corresponding rules under Norwegian law once the seal has been broken on goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
If you believe an exception does not apply in your case (for example, if the product is defective), your statutory rights under the forbrukerkjøpsloven and other mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
4.2 Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

4.3 Return Inspection
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to verify its condition. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
5. Refunds
5.1 Approved Refunds
If your return is approved:
- We will refund the full price of the product, including standard delivery costs
- If you chose express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
5.2 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:
- Products returned in non-original condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods
- Products returned outside the 14-day window (at our discretion)
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
Your statutory rights regarding defective products under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:

- We will arrange for the correct item to be sent
- We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
